FORMAT:

In the morning we will talk briefly with a larger percentage of the staff, one at a time, with leadership present, to identify the current flow of ideas and products. In the afternoon, we will identify the key principles, then spend the rest of the time role playing different real life scenarios until you have a clear grasp of how to implement the principles in future scenarios.

To be effective, these changes must be implemented by your leadership, at the highest level, not by an outside expert. Therefore we will develop customize programs to train you in how to equip your own staff.
