The successful management and development of people is arguably one of the most important ingredients in the achievements of any top performing business today, it is the competitive edge. Like all the other executives we have seen all the tests, read all the theories, and tried our best to make it work, with varying degrees of success.

Working with the Sapphire Leadership Group has been nothing short of extraordinary for me personally and the organization as a whole. Working with Sapphire will make you and your company a lot better at what you do already.

What is our Proprietary Knowledge?

There is a large body of common knowledge about how to run a business that is called “best practices.” Our team brings that to the table but it is not our primary product. While we do repair work for companies that have stumbled, our focus is on helping the well-run company take it to an extraordinary level.

You cannot become an uncommon company through pushing harder on the commonly available principles. You will need some uncommon insight to significantly differentiate yourself in the marketplace.

Sapphire Leadership Concepts is primarily a think tank that researches the vacant spots in the existing body of knowledge. Out of our years of research and field work have come the following niche truths which are unique to our organization. We can weave these together to take you far beyond the common achievements.

1) The identity of individuals

Most personality profiles divide people into four quadrants with subsets and variations. God actually designed seven foundational templates for the human spirit and soul. We have been refining the Biblical model for over 30 years which enables us to differentiate between the environmental shaping of an individual and God’s original design.

Childhood wounds need to be healed. Original design needs to be identified and developed. Many models only report how you respond today and do not differentiate between your responses that originate in your core and those that are the product of cultural influence.

Understanding the original core drives of the people around you is essential for forming dynamic teams. Most functional teams are built on vision and character. Extraordinary teams are built on that plus chemistry. Understanding individual design allows the superlative leader to craft extraordinary teams.

2) The social DNA of businesses

God has placed a specific bundle of potential in each business. There are some things that your business can do far better than other businesses can because of your social DNA. Finely honed best practices are no substitute for innate potential. While poor execution can certainly stifle your potential, there is something exhilarating about using excellence to drive the specific potential you were endowed with.

3) The social DNA of cities and nations

Each city and nation has one of the seven kinds of social DNA. A marketing strategy that sparks a response in one city will be flat in another. We can identify the DNA of your host city and show you how to create synergy between the DNA of the city and your company so as to leverage your potential even further.

4) The seven curses and blessings

There are seven foundational curses that can keep a business from thriving when all natural components are in place for success. A business may have any combination of the curses depending on the lives of the founder and leaders, and the history of the company.

The seven blessings, however, are sequential, not random. Your company will have to grow through each of the seven levels of spiritual authority in proper order. We can identify where your glass ceiling is and show you how to implement specific changes in your company culture in order to reach the next level.

5) The seven styles of leadership

The one size fits all leadership principles often don’t. There ARE universally applicable principles for leadership, but beyond that, there is a specific leadership style that matches each kind of social DNA. When you have great leadership that is mismatched to the DNA, you have conflict and loss of profitability.

Whether you are hiring a new executive or a department manager, you will achieve better results by evaluating their leadership style, not just their technical competence. Again, good leadership is the product of knowledge, commitment and character. Great leadership is the product of an excellent match with the DNA of the organization.

6) The spiritual dynamics of time

Not all time was created equal. There are seasons in history where cultural responses cannot be explained by natural sociological or demographic shifts. We are in one of those transitions right now. The new season started in 2004. Those who understand the power of seasons can make the necessary adjustments and catch the first wave.

7) Nurturing the human spirit

Historically there has been a great divide between the soul and the spirit. Affairs of business were managed by our soul and our spirit was relegated to religious activities.

In reality, there is more teaching in Scripture about business and leadership than there is about religious activities. Your spirit has a key role to play in the business culture but it has most likely only been equipped for the religious activities.

Our newest set of paradigms allow the businessman to tap into the significant business acumen of his or her spirit and add that resource to what the soul already knows how to do. It is a remarkable combination!

The potential

These seven themes represent just a portion of our proprietary knowledge. These are not yesterday’s insights dressed up in a new set of language. They are not borrowed from another consultant and personalized.

These concepts and others like them are the product of our research and represent insights you will not find elsewhere in the consulting community.

Because we have resources of wisdom that others don’t have, we are able to weave these principles together to develop customized strategies that will position you far differently in the marketplace.

These are not silver bullets that provide a quick fix. They are all principles which must be rigorously applied to be effective. That means you will have to learn to think and to act in ways that are new and often counter intuitive. When a principle is walked out in a sustained manner, the results will come in time.

Uncommon principles will produce uncommon results for your business.
